The process
Needs Assessment Form
Once I receive your contact form, I’ll ask you to fill in a needs-assessment. Thereafter I arrange a meeting on site, so that we can agree on the scope of the photoshoot you require, while taking some sample shots.
Proposal With Costings & Timeframe
You will receive a written proposal from me with costs and timeframe.
An additional travel fee may be included, depending on the location.
Other parties involved (web designers, printers) need to be clearly communicated at this point.
When we agree on the cost and duration of the photo session – we book your photoshoot and sign a scope of agreement document. A 50% deposit fee is required at this point.
Photoshoot, Editing & Backups
During the photoshoot I require no assistance and prefer to work undisturbed. Editing will be done at my office – Thereafter I download the best photos in whichever format you require within the agreed timeframe.
* It is the clients responsibility to make backups of these images, as Allegra Photo Art will not be liable for loss of images after the client received the images in the agreed format.
Ownership
All photos remain the property of Allegra Photo Art until payment is made in full. We will only use photos for marketing when formal consent was given by the client.
Additional Photo Requirements
Should you require more photos or additional photo formats than agreed in the first assessment, we create a new needs assessment with a new time frame and payment option.
Safety & Disturbances
Allegra Photo Art reserves the right to refuse a photo shoot in any location when Allegra’s safety is in question during the initial assesment. Dangers & possible interferences with the photoshoot must be discussed during the initial assessment to avoid any undesirables.
